Unlike the Genesis GV80, the Volvo XC90 is not a new kid in the block. On the other hand, while every 2022 Volvo XC90 uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the base model produces 250 hp/258 lb-ft of torque that sends power to the FWD through an eight-speed automatic transmission, while this same engine is tuned to produce 316 hp/295 lb-ft in higher 2022 XC90 trim levels, sending power exclusively to the AWD.
Handling & Transmission
When it comes to handling & performance, you’ll never find any of these SUVs unimpressive. Both SUVs offer quick and responsive steering, composed handling, and supple ride quality. However, if you need something with more athleticism, the 2022 Genesis GV80 lease deal will surely impress you.
